
We accept PAYPAL, Visa and Mastercard. We do not store any payment information. Products are listed in Canadian dollars, and your credit card provider will calculate currency conversions from any currency.
PAYMENT POLICY
We strive to provide you with products that you are pleased with. However, if there is anything that you are not happy with, please email me within 3 days of receiving the product. To avoid issues, please make sure when ordering that you know the size, measurement and colours of what you are purchasing. If your product arrives damaged or defective product we will ship new product to you.
If you decide that the product is not what you wanted, you may return it for refund. All products MUST be in new, saleable condition. You are responsible for return shipping costs. Amount will be refunded to the method of payment used on purchase.
No refunds or exchanges on Cut Fabric, Patterns, Embroidery Software Downloads,
Custom Orders, Sale, or Clearance items.
RETURN POLICY
We use Canada Post for shipments.
Shipping within Canada is typically 3 - 9 business days.
We will be adding International Shipping soon.
We cannot be responsible for errors, delays etc. in getting your parcel to you, but will help in whatever way we can. Please make sure your address information is correct before finalizing purchase.
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
